They represent approximately 10% of the total harvest. They are blended from a mix of wines, all of which have themselves been produced by the individual vinification of white grapes, and which have spent a minimum of 10 years in oak casks prior to bottling.
A light tawny golden colour. Fresh and dry on the nose, with hints of unripe walnut and hot honey. A delicate freshness on the palate. A medium length of flavour with a final hot, dry touch.
