Description:Very fruity and harmonious white wine from the wine growing village of Oppenheim in Rheinhessen, German’s biggest wine producing area. This Oppenheimer is made with the Müller-Thurgau grape, the most planted grape in Rheinhessen.
The wine is semi sweet with 48.5 g/liter of natural rest sugar and is full bodied on the palate.
This wine comes from the producer Kessler-Zink, a family company, situated in the village of FlonheimKessler-Zink has a reputation for making quality wines, since the foundation of the company in 1970. In 1985, the company was taken over by the family Stütz, which is still running the company today.
The soil in this area mainly consists of clay and marl.
