Bafarela Reserva tinto forms part of the range of wines offered by Casa Agricola Brites Aguiar. Bafarela Reserva has a beautiful red colour tinged with violet. The intense aromas are dominated by ripe red fruits (jam and plum), floral notes (violet), exotic wood (pau preto) and spices (pepper and cinnamon). Altogether, these reflect the balance resulting from the complex ageing process in oak and maturing in the bottle. On the palate, it is a very well-balanced wine with a well-developed structure. This intense and highly characteristic wine is also persistent with a long finish. |
